Today i am in holiday.

sleep 番晒個week 無 sleep 嘅時間 haha , feel so good
真係好好sleep.

tonight 又失眠………… 
i was rolling at my bed many many times………..

when i closed my eyes, my brain start to think many many things………… my brain was keep running when i wanted to sleep………

yesterday 去左東涌某酒店 食自助餐 , 飽死左.  都幾好食.

最衰冇行到outlet….

after the night shift , made me can’t sleep at mid-night……..
i still 眼光光 now……….

Under the No.9 typhoon signal,  i was responsible for District Command Post. This is my first time do this duty. 做D咩就唔講la ^^ 

之後 changed back to No.3  typhoon signal, 我就出番去行beat , 都仲好危險. 

平安回家就好了.

上個星期五去左同鐵人c姐玩獨木舟,  是關佢要玩 鐵人比賽, 有一part 係獨木舟

location : 咖啡灣   ===>   水警基地

Tuen Mun D 水流比起 西貢 強好多 ,  出發 順流 約30mins 就到左水警基地
回程 逆流 要用成about 1hr 30mins 先返到去….   有一刻真係怕返唔到去, 好似原地不動咁….

直得一提, 我地去到水警基地 附近一個沙灘, 上去休息一下. 個沙灘一個人都冇.   突然間唔知係where 有個ar 伯行左出來, 係我地面前除晒D 衫褲, 咩都冇著, 係到曬太陽 and swimming .  may be he 當左鐵人c姐係男仔 haha , 睇到鐵人c姐流晒口水 haha, 仲話要同佢老公 來this 沙灘 天體一下 haha

after this day 我曬到紅晒.  過左一日 開始換皮 …..   但係ng 係黑左好多…..  now 仲好似白緊tim ….

又 兩名消防員殉職……….. a bad news….. 
一連3個 公職人員 殉職 ……安息…

this initial idea is about some design work and some small programming (Small Web application) , but it is just a idea. I am still thinking about it and improving it.

ACI 會出番 EU HK
CI is teaching  ^^ (上個week 我都上完3日 佢教的飲奶班 )

After passing out, this is first time to Join the Range course (燒槍).
比起PTS 輕鬆好多, 仲要全中^^  48 中 48 ^^

打mini range D 故事, 好好玩 (講真, 有D 似打機, 不過用真野) 
in PTS 做錯一步都比你罵死 …. 回想起都有D 怕
